About Me

Tadayah Pulliam is the Founder of Therapeutically Fit Counseling and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  She has a passion for helping others, especially children.  Since grade school, she would be the one that her friends turned to for advice or just for support.  As she got older, she found herself advocating for the rights and fair treatment of others.  It was her final year of undergraduate school that she realized that her calling was in the social work profession.  Tadayah has her Master of Social Work degree from Kean University. She is a certified family trauma specialist and certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).  She is trained in Nurturing Parenting Program, Nurtured Heart Approach, and EMDR.
Tadayah has extensive experience in providing individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patient with various mental, emotional, intellectual, and developmental disabilities for over 10 years. She has experience in schools, in-home, partial care, emergency room, inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings.
Outside of her career and education, Tadayah enjoys reading, networking with others, sight-seeing, and spending quality time with her family.
